Default suspension help

I have searched and cant quite find what im looking for? i have found information for the mazdaspeed 6 but not the mazda6 which is what i have. I am getting ready to lower it and was wondering what would be the best lowering springs to go with. I want something that rides as good as stock if possibile. What springs should i look at?

mild drops can be had with either racingbeat or mazdaspeed which give a 3/4" and 1" drop respectively.
