stuck brakes
It's been very cold here in Milwaukee the last week or two, and a couple of times it has been below zero (farenheit) in the mornings when I drive to work. Twice now my brakes have been very stiff the first couple of times I press on them. It feels kinda like the car is off and I don't have power assist brakes. I won't leave my driveway until the brakes top acting odd, so I'm not so concerned about getting in a crash, but I am worried that there might be something wrong with my car. The car is only a 2006 6s with 27k miles. At first I thought it might be my throttle sticking because I did the throttle body bypass, but the brake doesn't feel the same when the the gas pedal is depressed.
Could it be something like the calipers are freezing? I drive through lots of slush that could freeze very solid during the night, so I guess that could be it. Or might it be something worse?
