Hey guys,

I have two things. First off, I got a copy of the Mazda 6 shop manual
in PDF format if anyone wants it. It has more then enough information
about the Mazda 6. It could be useful to someone I am sure...
Secondly, is there a way to remove the stock exhaust tips on the 6? I
would like to get some larger and more aggressive looking exhaust tips.
But I am not sure if I can take off the stock exhaust tips. Are they
welded on? Thanks! Take care!

 

I think the tips are crimped on if I am not mistaken.

You might just cut them off behind and clamp or weld new ones on from there. But of course should you want to go back to stock, that could be a little more difficult.
