Okay, I am buying a new Mazda next week. The problem is, I can't decide whether to buy an RX8 or a Speed6.

Whichever it is will be used as a daily commuter for a short commute plus weekends on country roads.

Anybody have any suggestions? (I have also posted in the RX8 section)

If your commutes are small and want more of a sport like car...the rx8 is the one. If you want a more practicle car and one that you can take stuff with you, the speed 6 is the one...remember this guy is still a sedan...

hell yes it is...

 

go speed6 if your just gonna use it for short commutes, the rx-8 is for street speed and straight aways (in my opinion) mostly and if its just you and a friend, plus with gas prices being this high the rx-8 get ~18mpg.

 

i dont know if this will help, but i own both cars (on gran turismo 4) ha, which is a very good simulation game, and in my opinion, the speed6 outperforms the rx-8 in every which way. id go with the six.

.what about the the racing rx-8. The one with all the different paint schemes. Turbo charged-that baby has 835 horses on GT!

 

yeah but if you do customs mods (like i did on GT4) i still think the speed6 is worth it

 

are you talking orange and green here? if so, yeah thats an awesome car, but its a racecar. i was talking stock for stock there. ha
