I got up to 120 the other day perfectly fine. Nothing was wrong except I had to slow down because I could feel the car lifting up as the road I was on was super straight, but lots of hills.

I love y 20 year old car's ability to hit 148. I'd never take it up there but just knowing I can kicks ***.

for those of u who got the 2.3
the highest POSSIBLE speed is about 130mph (im still breakin my car in. so i cant b 100% sure)
and heres how i know:

wat do u guys (with the 2.3l) rev at 60mph? around 2900
how bout 80? around 3900 right?
so lets say 3000 and 4000, respectively.

based on the above
100mph:5000rpm
120mph:6000
130mph:6500 < which also happens to be redline
140mph:7000

so for those of u tryina raise the top speed. keep dreamin

the RPM to top speed ratio don't work that way it's not a given ratio 1000 RPM per 20 mp/h.

....ok well anyway i guess you best chance to remove your speed limiter is to bone up ~$400 to have PROFESSIONAL shop, fudge with your Ecu or Pcm or whatever

hey. I got it installed Sunday. It is a good add on. It is not as much of a difference as I was hoping. But it is worth the money!
