Replacement Engine Will Not Start - HELP
A hole in the block of my 2005 Mazda 6 has forced me to replace the motor. I removed the old one and installed a replacement, used motor. Everything is back together but the motor will not start, or even fire. The starter turns it but it will not even try to start.
The fuel injectors and coils all have power, but do not recieve pulses. I have tried two crank sensors and neither has corrected the issue. I also used an ohm meter to check the crank sensor electrical wires which tested good from the pins of the connector to the fuse block. I checked all the fuses and all appear good. Before I started the entire process I removed the battery cable and reconnected it at the very end to make sure nothing shorted out.
Anyone have any suggestions????
