Default Premuim service or 3rd party

First time Car owner here, My Mazda6 2017 GT fhit 60000 miles, on service it was asked to change front & back disc pads ,rotors and shims. Is it recommended ( in terms of price and quality) to go with Mazda services's parts and service or to go with a 3rd party that can get these parts cheaper and fix it also? J

Because you are in the USA

Get an estimate from *FIRESTONE

The *warranty is generally better then with a DEALER . The quality of parts is so subjective and has so many variables these days even comparing OE and after market parts. There are thousands of OE parts now that are manufactured in the same facility as after market! Those of us that are in the business I am sure read periodicals like Counterman?

I am an Internet only customer of Xfinity. Used the web portal to sign up, no issues getting Premium. Once the app was available I loaded app on my Sony Bravia and I’m watching soccer.

Find a local mechanic recommended by neighbors, ASE certified is a plus.

Dealerships are more expensive and the tire chains seem to always have something to sell.

My repair costs dropped by 2/3 when I gave up on Mr. Tire / Firestone.
