Looking at cold air intake vs. short ram. I've heard that the cold air intake can seize the engine if fully submerged (who would drive in a foot of water anyway?). But anyway, I'm looking at AEM intakes, cold air with an air bypass valve to eliminate the submerged problem. The short ram is cheaper though. Possibly magnaflow catback exhaust later on. Any ideas?
