Default Pedals

I want to get some pedals for my car and most of the pedals i see have screws on them. I was wondering on most pedals do they just screw on top of the exsisting pedals?I want this pedals but im not sure how they attach. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NOKYA...spagenameZWDVW

most pedals will come with two attachment options. The first option is permanent installation where the pedal pad is removed, the metal pedal surface is drilled through, and the pedal covers are screwed on top of the metal pedal. The other option is clamps that attach to screws that go through the outermost screw hole on the pedals and clamp under the metal pedal.

Looks like those pedals can do both clamp on for temporary install, and screw on for permanent install

They're not a bad lookingpedal set. Price is certainly right too.
Do you have an automtic? (I assume you do.)
If I may, take some advice from an old war-horse and don't even think about the clamp-on method. Also, if the set comes w/self-tapping (sheet metal) screws for the brake pedal as is shown in the picture, trash those too and get some machine screws w/self locking nuts.
It'll be a bigger pain to install using this method, maybe another 15-20 minutes initially but they won't come loose on you @ a most inconvenient time. Plus, once and done. There should be no need to have to retighten them using this method.
