Default Need to Replace Key..not working 2006 Mazda 6

Hello, my key for my 2006 Mazda 6 has stopped working and my spare (never used) does not work either. Can the batteries be replaced on these? I tried to pry open without success. If these keys have non replaceable batteries, would a auto parts store like Auto Zone or O'Reilly be a good place to get one? Thanks

What doesn't work? The car won't start or the keyless entry not work?

YES! That's the same as mine and will give it a go. I tried poking around in various places with a small screwdriver, but the video shows exactly where the releases are located. Thank you very much.

Spot on pinstat! The key box was dirty! A bit tricky to open, but the new battery got it working fine again. I'm betting this car will roll to 275,000-300,00 mile mark since everything is working well. Smog check guy said emissions were as clean as new.
