Working. My bosses decided they would fire my co-worker and give me a 10%pay cut, I'm drowning in work!!! Guess I'm lucky to be working.

And I'm tired of the lucky to be working expression. That's what bosses want you to think to gain greater control over their employees. When they take a pay cut I will respect them more, but most have the mindset that they deserve what they are able to take home and employees should be the ones to suffer.
Without us, the people that do the work they wouldn't have a business. We need each other. How about that?
