Hey all, new to this forum and hope someone can help me with my problem
I have bought a EZoneTronics 2 DIN Android 10.1 for Mazda 6 2002-2008 and it's great!
Everything is working just fine, but......... There is one cable that i cant seem to figure out where to plug it in.
The cable is coming from the "Center Display" where the temp, clock, dimmer, mileage is viewed.
The flat 16 pins connector is plugged in on the right side (viewed from the front) of the stock radio and continues to a 16 pins block connector.
Since the stock radio is no longer there, where do i connect it to?
I don't think it's possible, when you removed your stock radio all signals that drive the "Information Display" are gone. It's possible to install a 2008 model info display, all you need to wire is CAN + CAN - power, ground, TNS and locate a 10 or 12 pin plug.
To make sure remove info display and take a picture of the back . What year is your M 6 ? what options do you have? Do you have an LCD screen?
For reference only, here's wiring diagram: 2005 M6 it needs a browser with Flash to visualize, Mazda hasn't update yet old diagrams.

By the way I've never seen that flat 16 pin connector shown in your image and it looks busted. What's the year of your M 6 ?
Hi there,
Yes its broken from another issue i had with the Center display.
My M6 is from 2005 Automatic
I still hope to find a way to connect them, because i think it also connects the steering wheel buttons for volume and mute
