Default Mazda6 2008 GH Stock Navigation

Hi team,
I'm driving Mazda 6 2008 with the navigation on the attached screenshot. From time to time an error appears - ,,A program cannot be read".
Somehow, before 2-3 weeks i managed to do a hard reset of this navigation using combination of buttons but i dont remember what was this combination but this at least fixed my problem for 2-3 weeks.
This message appeared today again and i want to reset again the navigation. Can someone help me if knows the combination of buttons for resetting this navigation?
Also, does someone know how to fix this problem permanently? Thanks.

I will be really thankful if someone give me an advice or solution, how to solve this once and forever. I dont have original Mazda disc (i

have seen some people giving this as a solution, to put the original disc in the Navi). I think there is some stuck disc (DVD) inside the navigation which doesnt go out. When i try to put a DVD disc it seems like there is something inside which and the navigation doesnt take the disc automatically (which should happen if everything is normal). Is there some combination how to push the navigation to take disc out?

Hi,

My car (GH 2010) came with a similar unit, allthough not exactly the same. I have the disk-slot above the screen instead of below. Mine has a small hole with a hidden reset button behind it at the left lower corner, it can be pressed using a paperclip bend open or something. Maybe your unit has the same thing? Can't tell from the picture.
When you have a disk stuck in it, all you can do it press the eject button.... if that won't work i'm afraid it can only be removed by taking the unit apart.
I had several problems with the unit. Rotary switches and disk drive weren't working anymore. Navigation too far outdated and useless..
I converted the car back to the standard radio unit as in the second picture. At least that one is working properly

Hello,
Thank you very much for that you replied and tried to help me!
I just found that my stock navigation is actually locked and that's why I cannot put DVD disc into the DVD slot, not because there is something stuck inside. In order to unlock it, I need the original Mazda 6 discs for the stock navigation but unfortunately I don't have them.
Do you have these discs? If yes, what do you think about that to send them to me? I will pay you some money about them. Thanks!
