Glued isn't really the proper term. They are held on with a strong double sided tape. To remove them you'll need a hair dryer or heat gun, a credit card or something similar to help pry up the molding without damaging the car, and a rag & some goo gone (i hear WD40 works too) to remove whatever residue is left over.

I hear dental floss or fishing line works well to get the molding off. As far as getting double sided tape off, good luck. Just know that it will take a long time. Sometimes you'll get lucky with heat to some type of solvent but usually no.

Huh, mine took all of 15 - 20 minutes to get rid of all 4. Also the tape can be rubbed off then any residue can be removed by using goo gone or something similar. Though the fishing line or dental floss will work just fine, I found the plastic card easier because it gives you some leverage to work with.
