Being new to this forum and having only recently joined the world of Mazda 6 ownership, I am in need of some help!

I have a 2010 Mazda 6 Sport 2.2D with the bi-active Xenon's fitted. I am about to take the car to the continent for a family holiday and wondered if anyone has a step by step guide (with pictures preferably) to flat beaming the headlights?

My previous car (Skoda Octavia VRS) had a lever in the back of the headlights, but they weren't Xenon lights. I am guessing there must be a similar approach used by Mazda, as I hate those eurolites stickers, as they never seem to work.
