Hello everybody
This is my first time in this forum and I have a high expectations little bit

I have Mazda 6 2006
and because of I live in UAE I have to deal with the lowest level of experience regarding the service and maintenance
and I should tell the mechanic every single detail

Recently I have to change my engine and I got a second hand very clean L5 2010 engine instead of my L3 2006

Any details I should pay special attention to ?
Any differences regarding the timing belt ?

Im really grateful for your opinions

 

You're asking for a lot of trouble try to get a 2.5 engine to fit & run.

No timing belt, has a timing chain.

 

Its 2.5 but im not sure about the full details
I will make a deep search as soon as i can
Does the engine number help or useful to provide any details?
