I have a 2009(new style) mazda 6 sport with 18" alloys , as many people i need to get a spare , i wondered if anyone knew the wheel type

i have looked around and a 7.5J has been mentioned ?? ..is this correct ?

Also does it have to be a mazda wheel or would and fit to clear the brakes etc.

Sorry to sound daft , but never had to find a spare before and genuine are hard to come by.. Many thanks in advance
