Hi I have a 2003 mazda 6i 2.3l that I'm currently rebuilding the engine. The new crankshaft and timing gear are keyed. The key is long enough to support a keyed harmonic balancer but finding one online has yielded no results. The company I got it from (massive speed systems) said I could go ahead and cut the key to just the length of the timing gear, however if I have the option of also having the keyed harmonic balancer for a reasonable price I would like to opt for it. Does anybody have any ideas? I thank you for any and all help.
