I just bought and installed the Audio Link device from RPM. I have a MAZDA6 2005 WAGON, with Automatic Transmission. Here are my comments/advices:

- It was fairly easy to install. For a good tutorial on how to remove the center console, I strongly suggest to take a look at http://www.mazda6tech.com/index.php?...&Itemid=49. It took me about 4 hours, but I installed the AudioLink box at like 4 places before settling to the final location.

- One of the most difficult task is to find a place for the AudioLink box... A place where it won't make one of those annoying noises against something. Also, these is no grip or handle or mounting point on the AudioLink box, which makes it difficult to fix it. I choose to install it between the driver and passenger, underneat the hand brake. There is a kind of bracket there, soI squeezed it through and I added tie-raps.

- The other thing I suggest is to have the AudioLink box quite accessible. The DIN connector is very unstable. The first time I installed it, I only had sound on the left channel... I re-openned everything and by juggling with the connector I finally got stereo. So, I worked a bit to install the cable so as to have no stress on the connector and that stereo would play. I hope it stays right, will see! The nice thing about having the box between the front seats is that it is quite easy to get there.

- By the way, pricing for shipping to Canada by RPM was very good... It was like only an additionnal 5$.
