I give up

I give up
Okay, I'm new to the forum. But I still don't understand why my past two posts have been deleted.
They weren't obscene and there were no X-rated pics attached.
I was just asking for advice on a comparison of the Speed6 and RX8.
I read the rule about double posting, but the post was made in two forums to get opposing views. Someone reading the Mazda 6 forum might not read the RX8 forum, so would not know about the question.
AHA! RX8 must be an obscene word in the Mazda 6 forum. Right?

RE: I give up
sorry about that humperdink. it was i who deleted the post, due to the double post rule. i will restore your comparison post here again, and if any of the moderators choose to delete it again for double posting, then so be it.

RE: I give up
i completely understand where you are coming from now... many members take the "posts since last visit" link to see what posts they have missed since their last visit. as a result, your post that you have created will almost definitely be seen if the members scroll through all the posts on the list.
its not a big problem, but just wanted to let you understand the reasoning of why double-posting is not always tolerated. for your situation, that is not a problem if you ask me. thanks for your explanation humperdink!

RE: I give up
Thanks, Ross.
I am going to go drive both again this coming week. They are "apples and oranges", which is why the decision is so difficult.
The rotary engine is fascinating, but the the Speed6 is more pratical, as you have noted.
The guys with RX8s think it is a no-brainer, and so do the guys with Speed6s! LOL
I'll post my ultimate decision (in both Forums, if it is okay).
By the way, my current ride is an Audi allroad. Now, THERE is a horse of a different color!
Thanks for the input and help.
