I just installed a HID conversion kit in my 04 Mazda 6. The problem I'm having is when the lights are off, and the low beams are in "driving mode", the lights flicker like strobes. But when I turn the lights on, they work fine. I checked the voltage when the lights are off and its at about 12V. I also checked to see if anything is shorted anywhere, and there doesn't seem to be. Any one else have this problem before. Could it be a rpoblem with the ballasts.

From Canada w/the required DRL's? I have read that there is a way to fix this problem, or @ least disconnect the DRL system, but then you run into legal problems.
