Default H & R sport springs

Does anyone have these on there car? Would I have to get new shocks to go along with the springs, their website doesn't say I have to but I'm still wondering.

You don't have to get new shocks for new springs immediately, but in the end you will eventually have to since the stock shocks will die out quicker with the new lowering springs. My opinion would be riding the stock shocks for as long as you can, (Until they finally go out, or until the ride quality has severely decreased) then pick up some Koni Yellows.
