Default Fixing a dent on the drivers side A pillar

I don't even have 2,000 miles on the car yet. Thanks to a storm and a falling tree I now have a dent on the drivers side A pillar. Dent Squad was able to repair the hood and fender dents but the pillar dent is a problem. It's not very big and there is no paint damage. It seems to me that if you could get behind it, the dent could easily be popped out like the others. Does anyone know enough about how the car is built to know if you could drill a hole along the door frame and get behind the metal? I'd hate to have to "body shop" and repaint and all that even if insurance does cover it. I lucked out though...this could have been a whole lot worse.

Carefully remove the Plastic A pillar trim ( inside of cabin) there may be holes in the steel that line up with your dent and you can push/pop it out.
