Default Exhuast Manifold

I have an 2004 6s and have cracked my exhuast manifold twice. The dealer can't give me a reason for this. Does anyone here have any ideas?

It was the front bank, I don't know where it was cracked though. I just took it to the dealer and told them that I had a exhuast leak the first time, cause I could hear it. The second time I knew what it was and they replaced it again. And no the second time was not under warranty. I live in VA had my car about 1 year now. I drive the **** out of it, 30,000 miles in a year. It has a CAI, tranny cooler, and UNICHIP.
