Default Draughty rear window

Hi,
I've Mazda 6 TS and I've a problem with that small rear left window. When I drive fast I can hear the air and it's quite noisy and annoying. How can I fix it? Should I change the gasket or...?

Any ideas???

Cheers

Taking it to the dealer is not an option? Out of warranty?
It just may be that it can be resealed.I think they are simply set in a bed ofPolyurethane.
A professional glass shop could probably do it for you in minutes, at what I would think to be a small fee.
