I've just bought a 4yr old Mazda 6 TS2 with the 6 CD changer built in but can't load a CD. The display indicates no disk inserted but when I try to load a CD it's as if there is something blocking the CD. Is this a common problem and is it easy to repair?

I've got a Mazda 6 2,3 sport -03.

When I loaded a cd into the changer the cd's displayed "No disk".
I sent my stereo to repair to an authorized dealer. They had it for about 2 months, and they could'nt fix it.
Everything on the midconsole worked except for the cd player, and if i wan't to fix the cd they had to replace the whole midconsole, for a cost of 6 500 Swedish crones about $ 992.
That was to much money just to fix my cdplayer, therefore I'm using a FM transmitter from my ipod. Untill I fix a better solution.

Any ideas ?
