Default bought 2003 mazda 6 3.0L, idle/power problems

Ok I bought this car dirt cheap, very clean. Was well taken care of, It had a engine check light, and it had a rough idle, and bogged/sluggish when starting out. High idle/low idle, sometimes even died on me but rare. Seems like if i hold in the clutch it idles fine, but still a sluggish slow start.

So the car threw these codes

p0507 idle control valve

p0022 intake came shaft over retard

and also a miss fire in cylinder 2 and 6.

So i was reading online that all the codes can be related to the cylinder miss fire.

So what i did was, I swapped out all 6 spark plugs, checked all 6 coil packs with multi meter, everything checked out, everything was fine. i did delete the codes before I started to swap spark plugs. The spark plugs in 2, and 6 where indeed look like death, but i did swap all 6.

So now, the car has no codes, all put together spark plugs all in.

Car still has a odd idle, still same problems occurs with idle and boggish start.

So i assume

p0507 idle control valve

p0022 intake came shaft over retard

has to be a issue, however i cant find a IAC valve for this car to buy and swap out, do they not have one are they electric throttle body? I know nothing about mazdas, this is my first one.

So can someone point me in the right path on how to fix my problem, I need this problem fix yesterday, ive done a few hours readining online and cant really find nothing on those 2 codes with my mazda 3.0l .

Shoulda i take apart the throttle body and give it a good cleaning? I only cleaned around the flap, not the whole inside.

He did mention the clutch, which means it's a manual, and did say he changed spark plugs and checked the coil packs. He also asked specifically about the IAC valve because he was trying to find one. He may have been a bit out of line griping about the response time, but maybe it would be more constructive to directly address that as opposed to the other things. I'm new as well and maybe I don't have 'standing' to comment in this way, but that response had a rather petulant tone to it IMO.

Throttle position sensor is built into the throttle body. Seems like a common problem on these cars. List price on it is $600.32. I could set you up with a nice discount and free shipping. Let me know if you are interested. Could also be a cam position sensor. I would look at the throttle body first. But the cam sensor is cheaper.
