Default Best spark plugs

Just curious what type of spark plugs you all would reccomend getting. I'm getting close to 60k on the 6 and that's the reccomended time for swapping them out. Also any suggestions on intervals for tune ups? I was thinking every 50k just to be safe about it, but if I'm swapping out the plugs then I'm going to tune it up as well. Let me know.

I would go back with whatever the OEM plugs were. NGK for the 4 cylinder & Motorcraft[:'(] for the 6.
