the thing is, there isn't really a point of "cutting into" get a signal for A/F. the stock system feeds 0-1v narrowband, and you won't get anything worth looking at from a gauge. especially since the speed runs pig rich all the time. you would need to have a bung welded into your stock system before the cat and get a A/F setup that includs the wideband (usually in the $250-350 range) to get anything accurate.

water temp is pretty damn easy, you can buy things that splice into radiator coolant lines no problem. there might be a place on the stock setup to tap into, but i'm not sure on that one.

Thanks for the info, but will it be better, if possible, to measure the A/F ratio before combustion?

not possible. A/F is measured after combustion only, your ecu modulates everything prior to that. so if it's rich, the engine isn't burning enough fuel (too much fuel) if it's running lean, then it's not getting as much bang as it could (somewhat).
