Anyone know of a 50-state-legal 50watt or 35watt 6000K HID conversionkit for a 2004 Mazda 6sthat requires little to no modification? I saw a 50watt kit at http://www.frickinbrite.com/catalog/ . Has anyone purchased this kit? Also, how much blue light is emitted from 6000K? Every siteI visited has different descriptions. Thanks.

 

I got my HID kit from here http://www.visionbulbs.com/vb_product.php . I got 35w H1 10K kit, it wasnt that hard to install. you just have to remove the bumper to remove the headlights. they look great on my car, defently an eye catcher.

there are none.. its illigal to change out the stockers to an hid kit that was never meant to be on the car... but as long as you keep it 6000k and under cops wont really bother you.

 

I have the apexcone 50 watt premium race kit from www.therpmstore.com and cops never bother me about them. They were also real easy to install.

 

just because the cops dont bother you about the hids doesnt mean they arent going to bother anyone else.. the 50 watts are illigal in any application and it depends on where you live and depends on the cop if he decides to bust ur ballz or not.
