RE: 3 or 6?

you guys make the mazda 3 seem so small...i drive an 04 3s and i have no problem lugging my drumsets around (two at once) at all. and i always get compliments from the passengers in the back on how comfortable they are.

my roomate has the 3 and i have the 6 and overall i like the 6 better.

fuel econ sucks though.. the most i get out of it about 350 miles per tank and that's with driving with an egg on my foot[&:]

RE: 3 or 6?

I test drove both the 3 and 6. The 3 seemed a bit cramped, and I felt a big difference when driving the 6. So I got the 6 which is roomier. As far as gas mileage, I got 30.2 on the first tank and 28.0 on the 2nd tank, however, nearly all of my driving is highway miles.

RE: 3 or 6?

I test drove both 3 models and a 6....they don't even compare, in my opinion. The 6 just FEELS better. Considering my driving habits, the 6 felt like a safer car. I had a rental 6 before i bought my 6, so I was able to really "test drive" the car. Every one of my passengers commented on the 6 being an extremely capable car. When I test drove the 3's, I felt like I was driving a clown car, considering the size and how it handled. The auto/manual option in the 3 felt like I was going to break off the stick if I shifted to roughly. All in all, I love my mazda6. Nothing else compares to the bliss I feel when I walk outside in the morning to go to school and I see her there, glistening with morning dew, waiting for me to TEAR IT UP. :D
