Anyone experienced this yet?

With foot off gas engine goes from idle to full throttle.
It's not the floor mat nor carpet.

This problem began after dealer claims they fixed the Tire pressure idiot light which came right back on too.
Not suggesting that's the reason.

 

That's F'n Scary, love to get a video of that for proof!
No ideas other than faulty ECU.

 

Has anyone had this with a 2013 Mazda? We recently had an accident with one...Dealer says the ECU is fine. Mats were fine. Any other ideas? I would appreciate any help or ideas anyone might have. We are very frustrated dealing with this.
