Hi I have broken the above lens cover but all else is fine. Mazda only sell the whole assembly but it looks like the cover is only screwed on. Anyone got any experience of trying to just replace the cover? Many thanks in advance

If it is assembled as you say, a junkyard will have what you need. I believe you'll find that the 'cover' is sealed to the rest of the assembly, though. You may be able to break that seal and re-seal a new piece on. I haven't pulled a Mazda assembly apart in this way before, so unfortunately I can't tell you whether the seal is just a seal or if it's more of a glue-seal. I'd bet the latter, but perhaps it could be the former.

 

Thanks. I think it is glue sealed but the glue can be softened with a heat gun apparently
