Default Rear ABS sensor

I feel like a gomer admitting this but I tore out the rear ABS sensor wires replacing the bearings on my 2007 Mazda 5. The video I reviewed indicated there would be some play in the wires but when I removed the bearings on my vehicle there was no play and the wires were torn out. Any one know if this can be repaired by simply reinserting the wires? Also, how can you tell what order the wires are inserted?

Highly unlikely it can be repaired. Time for a new sensor &/or loom.

Sorry for the delay in my response, but I agree it looks like it will have to be replaced. Where do the wires (I believe you called it the 'loom?') go on the vehicle for the rear ABS? I saw one video of an older 626 where they went inside the cabin near the rear seat cushion; is that the case with the Mazda 5?

You will need to follow the wiring/loom from the sensor to wherever it goes to.

We don't have the 5 in my market, so I'm unable to provide any more help.
