Default Problem solved...

Replaced my 02 sensor with a generic one. Had to splice the wires using the very complex kit that came with the sensor. Worked for awhile and then got an "low voltage heater" reading. Sure enough, one of the heater wires was loose in the splice kit. Made up splices using crimp-on quick-change spade connectors. Problem solved.
