Default power windows and power mirrors dead

2012 mazda 5

switches don't work for power windows and power mirrors now. Door locks DO work.

this is happening at all doors. I replaced the fuses located in the passenger side door panel. the 7.5 and 30 amp ones for the Power windows and mirrors, but nothing happened.

I did my best to check the connections but obviously could have missed something someplace.

Just looking for some help with some ideas .

thanks!

Some more information

tested the fuses under the hood, they seem fine

then tested the fuses in the panel in the passenger side. I don't know how to test the power window fuse because it is the 30amp big fuse, but the power mirror fuse is the only one that didn't work.

so i assume no power is getting to the master switch....or does master switch pull from that? meaning the master switch is dead?

this is a case where you could either learn basic electrical or continue to guess at parts. In this case I would print off the wiring diagram to study it, and then check to make sure there is good power and ground at the master switch then make sure power is being transmitted through the master switch when pushing one of the buttons. You can do all this with a $10-20 meter or test light. Or have someone else troubleshoot.
