Hope someone can help with my problem (could be operator). Every time I try to put in a letter for the address of a destination it reduces my choice for the next letter by graying out over half of the keyboard, next letter I enter grays out more choices, what the hack is going on?

The navigation system is narrowing down your choices to what is available. If your first letter in a street name starts with Z and all of the streets in that area that start with a Z have either and E or A as the second letter, everything but the E and A would be grayed out.

If what I am looking for as the second letter is not an option, I typically find that I am looking in the wrong town or state.

 

Well, for instance I'm in South Carolina and under find address I put in N for Nashville TN and the only option for the next letter is E-I or O. Does it only search the state your in? I'm missing something on how to use the system. I have read the instruction but still cant get it.

Well mazdaCPA you just made my day. I must have missed that in the instruction. Seems like a little around the world to get there but happy I know now. This is a 2018 CX5 touring and I just love it.
Now I love it even more.
