Default My 5 is dead

So at the start of the year my mazda5 1.8 (56 plate) broke free with a big hole in the head. The only engine I could get was a Mazda 6 2.0 but it's engine code was LFand mine was L8.

Anyways it's been in the garage for weeks they finally swapped the engine but had to use all the auxiliaries from my engine. But they can't get it to start.

Anyone got any ideas on what it could be, someone suggested the ecu would have to be remapped.

Thanks

If it will actually indeed work, You will need the ECU from the LF engine & have the new ECU coded to the car.
