Just wanted to check in and see what people’s expectations were of the multicheck service. It’s so comprehensive and well, multi!, that I’ve never really gone over the whole report. After discovering my tires were very low today , I checked my report and sure enough tire pressure was not checked upon. The actual box was grey, meaning not addressed by the tech. I looked at a previous report from the same dealer two years ago, and same result, they do not check tire pressure.

My question is, are my expectations too high, or is my dealers maintenance dept slacking off? Would welcome any comments so that I can adjust my expectations accordingly. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving btw.

Thanks Grim, my visit was for an oil change, where as i say, they performed a multi point check. Looks like they faked me out then. Next time I won’t assume, and will read the report more carefully. Oil change was due to actual low oil due to that oil valve issue that many 2021 mazda cx5’s had.
