Mazda 5 Whont turn over
Hi folks i am new to this so please be gentle 
I have problem starting the car. Mazda 5 diesel 2007. He tries but it wont start the engine. i have changed diesel filter, glow plugs, battery and cleaned out the particle filter..
Then i figured out that it could be the egr vent but when i took it out it was in open possission so it could not be that?? how can i see if the egr is broken and what if this isnt that? what could it be? i have already pumped out the air from the system. even my neighbour who is a car mechanic doesnt know what is going on. Please help i have already run out of ideas.

oh and i forgot the dpf light is still on but i need to start it to regenerate the filter.
And when i took out the egr i noticed that was an engine oil inside. where could it be comming from?
