Default Mazda 5 owner with question.

Hello to everyone. I just bought a used 2006 Mazda5 from a car dealer, I was very impressed with Mazda 5 so I went for it. But I noticed some shaking while riding on highway which was minimized by balancing the wheels and tires but it still there. My main concern is that at low speed like driving on the parking lot like at 5-10mph, I notice some noise like a loose tie rod or maybe worn strut mount rubber bushing. Are they supposed to cover this under warranty since I brought the car back to them and complained about the following day?

The sales manager is saying that it's not part of the safety feature of the car so they will not replace it under warranty and it passed the state inspection.

Please help! Mazda5's are amazing I just needed to get rid of that noise and possible future problems that it may cause.

Anyone?

Also I tried switching wheels front to back and back to front and behold the bent rims. I never imagined that a nice dealership would sell a car with bent rims. Please advise.

I'd fight it. I don't know where you are but most states require a 30 day used car warranty, and a reputable dealer would want to make you happy. Check your local laws.
