Wanted to know the maintenance schedule for these
a lot are being sold at around 60-70k miles and wanted to know if people are getting rid of them to save from expensive maintenance?

I imagine that at least in part, selling at that mileage may be related to warranty. My warranty runs out at 80,000 km's, so while I am not selling, I see the pros of selling now as one would never have to pay out for repairs etc. Also, lots of people get new cars every 3 years (why exactly I am unsure) and 80,000km's is around the 3 year mark +/-

power steering pump is on recall, make sure the recall work has been done. rotors may have a tendency to warp a bit. that's all i know of personally

any other items that should be checked/replaced? filters? suspension? bushings?
any accelerated wear items?
I'm going to see if they have the service history on it. I assume it's so new it MUST have a relatively complete one.

bushings in the rear will squeak in the warmer months, if replaced with oem, they will end up squeaking again

that I don't know personally, do a search and you may find out more, I'm guessing some aftermarket m3 bushings are available which should fit.
