Default Incentives on 2006's?

Looking at buying a 2006 5. Not in a big hurry, do you think they will offer any incentives to move the remaining 06's? I am willing to wait if something is coming down the pipe. I see they have incentives for several other models.

Give me your thoughts.

Thanks!

Try going to 2 or 3 other mazda dealers, there always lookin to out do the other guy and you'll get the best deal. And if your trading in dont ask for anything below 200$ or 300$ less than Kelly Blue Book on your trade. If you stick your guns you'll get what you want on price, they want to sell the car as much as you want to buy it.

I've been wondering the same thing, when would Mazda offer some sort of incentive on the 5?
I recently went to a dealer near by and they were of absolutely no help. Didn't know when the 07 would arrive, didn't know about incentives and didn't know if there was any model change (such as an armrest on the passenger seat, since that seems to be an issue with a lot of people).
So I contacted Mazda CS myself and got the following answers.
The 07 should arrive end of September beginning of October.
There is no incentive and they have no information on an incentive after August 31st. They will know of any new incentive on September 1st if any. As well, there is no model change, not that there would be for a car in it's second model year. But it shows that they are not listening to the customers request for an armrest.
I love the M5, and have been shopping them since March. The only thing I'm waiting for is an incentive to buy one. Currently, as of July 1st, there are 3800 units in inventory in the US. Thats a 58 day supply. 6 month sales of only 9,511 units. That doesn't seem like much and you would think they would want to sell more of them. Just my .02
