If you're talking the 5 series, it should include:
Auto Climate control
Auto headlights
Rain sensing wiper
Leather interior
Fog lights
Bose sound system
Different taillights (not sure if they're LEd or not.)
Traction control, ABS & TPMS (of course.)
Did I forget anything?

For the 2008 in Canada it includes a body kit (styling around the top of the rear window, side skirts, and rear bumper, sunroof, and cruise control.
No leather though, that's the "luxury package" for the GT, and an extra $1500 CDN or so.
Mind you this is all for the 2008, the 06/07 may be different.
P.S. The stereo in the 2008 SUCKS. The sound from the speaker in my ipod is almost better... but maybe that's just me ;-)
