Can the 6 CD changer play MP3 from a CD?
Hi,
I just got my 2009 Mazda5 GT yesterday. Does anyone know if the 6 CD In-dash CD player can actually play MP3 from a CD? In the MazdaUSA website, it say it is a "In-dash 6-disc CD/MP3 changer" as a standard equipement and yet in the owner's manual it stated as "Indash CD Changer (Non MP3 Compatible)". When i try to put my CD with MP3 files in it, it doesnt play.

The European model does, I think your manual is correct and the US version doesn't. (I'll verify this tomorrow)
Is your disk a CD-RW? Some players have issues with those.
