ac belt replacement
it was time to change my belts so i bought both belts and the special gates belt tool for the ac belt.
For the life of me i can't figure this out. I have watched videos on how to use the tools for other cars but it doesn't seem to fit on mine.
the crank pulley has no hole to bolt the tool to.

basic video on how the tool works
the issue is the tool is not big enough to fit, the one side fits into the outer portion of the pulley but you can use the bolt it just hit the face of the pulley
all the ac belt replacements i see use a clip style this is for 2006 i have an 08.

Pull the 4 bolts out of the ac compressor and tilt it. Install the belt and use a jack to push the compressor back into place. Install bolts and protection plate and your good. The tools they come with are pretty much junk.
