Default 18" wheels from rx8

hi guys, will the 18 inch from RX8 will suit my 2008 Mazda 5 sport? will it affect the performance or fuel consumption?

they have two 225/45/18 tyres and the other two are 215/45/18 tyres.
here is the picture?

I will appreciate your replies, thanks!

I didn't think the bolt pattern was right, perhaps there is an adapter kit for it as I also thought I read somewhere weeks ago someone else put these on their 5. You'll have to plus size those tires to maintain your speedo accuracy. Good handling, but don't hit any potholes.

Yup, they fit nicely in the 5 with just a little rub over the large bump. However, if you slow down at the bumps, you are all-set. i have them on mine 08 touring and they look sexy. Of course the fuel consumption will be more a bit, and the actual speed is about 2mph more than what you can see in the meter.

Pictures will be posted soon. i have summer tires mounted, and it is not a good idea to have them rolling below 45 degrees. It is still cold in New England area.
