Default Local dealer

Remove the sales manager from the equasion and my experience was positive as well. I knew Gabe well when he worked there, as well as Alan, Doug and a few others. Mike and Nathan treated me very well also. I hate not being able to do business locally, and I returned to the local dealer to register the warranty, meet the parts manager, and to show off the new ride. I plan on maintaining a positive relationship with these folks, sales manager not withstanding.

BTW, Scott, what colour is your 5?

Ours is galaxy grey - we often have a Thule box on the roof, used to live in Courtenay, but now are in Cumberland.

We delt with Mike, and I knew Alan when I was a kid - he dated my friends mom - I think hes in Mexico now... I also know Dean, but from outside of Mazda, he just started working there recently. Parts manager is a good guy also, but I also know him from real life, outside of Mazda.

update, The sales manager called me back and said it is up to the general manager who is back Monday-i don't know if this is a delay tactic or not?

The car is back in the shop there is something very wrong with the rebuilt tranny!
