Default Zero Interest

So, ever since my accident the dealership has been giving me hell and my car just doesn't drive the same. Basically i will be fighting with the dealer for the 3rd time to fix my car right. They did a half *** job. This time i called insurance and let them know i am fed up with it so insurance said they will send an inspector out to inspect my car and see what needs to be fixed. I asked about all the mods i did and if the aftermarket **** affects anything and he said no but i hope that doesn't change. Any ways i may consider trading it in for a white 08 scion tc. It's used and is going for 14 but i can prob bring it to 13. I want to know how much i would get for my car with only 9500 miles on it and with the title still looking clear ( i took a carfax out). I will take the car back to them stock with out the exhaust, header, intake, rims...so on. IF i have to grab a loan what is the smallest loan i can get, who would i go to get the loan (bank right?) How would i get this loan so that there is zero interest on it. I never bought anything on my credit, always cash so i have no credit developed. I am a college student if that makes a difference.

I Doubt if you can get a 0% loan on a used car, especially with no established credit. 0% loans are from a manufacturer in most cases and then only on models that are not selling real good.
I would think if you went to where you bank and see what they can loan to you for might be your best shot.

try asking the bank for a line of credit ,you will pay some interest but its usualy a lower than a bank loan ,you only need pay the minimum that will cover the interest , gives you a little time till you start making better money, they will set your line of credit up to a few thousand ,they will not question where or how you spend it , many banks do want to bother wih the cost of setting up small loans and tell you to go this way , i know ,have had to go this way myself at times hope this helps

Given the credit crunch in this country, unless you have a STELLAR credit rating (like near 800) you won't stand a chance getting a 0% loan.

A number of years back my wife's Subaru got broadsided. When we got it back there was a vibration evident above 55 mph. I took it back a couple of times and they had trouble figuring it out, but eventually they identified a bent suspension link that hadn't been initially replaced. Replaced the part and all was well.

I can't stand Scions.

In this economy I think you're wiser getting your current car straightened out (try a different dealership if necessary) than you are in getting a loan on a different car.

dam why so much hate for the TC. I think they are alright. I'd go and get another mazda but if i do i'd want the speed.
So basically my best option is to just try to make it right with the dealership. I can't go to another dealership because they already started the work and they got to finish it specially since they are a state farm authorized repair shop. Sounds like i would be sort of upside down if i was to trade in my payed off car for a car and get payments+ interest.........The 13k TC would end up costing me like 18 in the end or even more from the sounds of all this and the dealer would prob low ball me for my mazda3 and give me like 12k or less for it even though the value is 14 since i only got 9500 milse on it.

Typically a dealer will give you about 1/2 of the value of what you could sell it outright for.

They're not in business to take your old car off of your hands. They're in business to make profit.

I'd work with your insurance company to make sure they make the repairs correct. If they don't, request that a different State Farm approved shop finish the job. You pay good money for insurance to make sure your is returned to it's previous condition in the case of an accident. It's your right to have it done correctly.

i dont think that they can switch to a diff state farm apporved shop since that shop that already started my work has to give warranty. I already asked that. If i do sell it i found me a couple cars i like and are affordable.
1.mazdaspeed protege
2.sentra spec-v
3. Scion TC
lol one is in black and is completely stock and the other is 2 tone paint job with fully built engine boosted at like 22psi...not too sure if i want to buy other peoples problems so i would buy the stock one. Both for around 8k with low miles.
