Very nice suggestion, I was looking forward to do the same, except wouldn't it be better to go with Sirrious Satelight radio than XM, no trasmitter needed and better sound quality. I have mp3 player and use FM transmitter, well would have been much better if those stock units had a plug to play directly from mp3 players, oh well. As for Pioneer player, you said that there is a kit? or a way you can connect your steering wheel sterio buttons to use on your aftermarket unit? can you provide a link? In the future i will be looking forward to replacing whole audio system and probably getting DVD player. As for Serrious satelight can anyone suggest if it would be better to have a Satelight radio or MP3 CD changer?
